What happened if phimosis left untreated because of no pain or discomfort?

Possible infection: The foreskin and glans penis need to be cleaned regularly to prevent infection. Diabetics specially are prone to infections of the penis due to phimosis and poor hygiene. Also phimosis can lead to penile cancer.
