Best not to: If you still have scabies, i would retreat. Anyone that shares a bed with you should be treated at the same time. I treat again in 4 days after the first treatment. Apply Permethrin from neck to toes and every nook in between. Wash off in am, wash all clothes in hot water, dry heat. If persists, need pill called ivermectin.

It depends on: How long ago the treatment was. Dead mites can still cause irritation for up to 4 weeks, i would hold on deploying more medication.

Maybe: You could try this, but sometimes a full application a week after the first treatment may be necessary to kill any mites that have hatched since the first application.
