Regular diet...: Chronic hepatitis b inactive carrier state means the hepatitis b virus is present but in a dormant, usually non-replicative state. There is no specific diet instructions these patients, however, if the patient is overweight, or there is concomitant fatty liver changes, then a diet low in sugar, high fructose and fat is recommended.
