Could still be funga: Although, antifungal pills didn't work for you, it could still be a fungal rash, just the treatment was not strong or long enough. Another antifungal prep may be helpful. If not, go to dermatologist, he may elect to do a biopsy unless the answer is obvious and you can be treated on the spot.
