Iron deficiency...: The most common cause in your age group would be iron deficiency anemia. This could be caused by both diet and if you have somewhat heavy periods. Trying to increase your iron intake (red meats, green leafy vegetables) could help. Vitamin c also helps with iron absorption. You may need iron pills (more than multivitamins) for a while to replete your body (diet is sometimes not enough).
