Polyps where?: If the polyps came from the cervix or uterus, then if the pathology was benign your doctor will probably just wait a little while to make sure the bleeding stops and does not return. If the polyps came from elsewhere (such as colon or nasal polyps) then the bleeding is not related and you need to see your gynecologist.
