Hyperventilation?: The symptoms you describe are common, and can come from a variety of causes. Sometimes it is just anxiety, and thinking about and concentrating on your breathing can make you dizzy from breathing to much/too deep/too fast. Sometimes (but not often in healthy people), the cause can be an underlying lung problem, such as a blood clot to the lung, or a lung infection, or pleuritis. See your doc.
