I hve a sharp pain in the pelvic area about 3-5s above my prvate part and below my belly button (center of them) about 5hrs ago but now its gone.

Needs checkup: the pain can come from various things if associated with nausea, throwing up or diarrhea could be start of a gastrointenstinal infection, if the pain is assocciated with eating or fever could be early appendicitis if the pain is early and may become more focal later, either way you need to be checked if the pain persists develops fever or nausea or loss of appetite
