Call pediatrician: Or take him to be seen. Children under a year of age with fever have to watched very closely. Fever itself is not dangerous as long as it stays below 104 f. The questions are what is the source of the fever, is the baby irritable, sleeping too much, not feeding normally, or is otherwise not himself. If you have any doubts see a doctor asap.
