Follicles: You may still have small follicular cysts, likely from early treatment or prior. This doesn't mean u r releasing them and ovulating, however. That medication inhibits the release of hormones that stimulate the ovaries. Consider venlafaxine 150 mg xl if the hot flashes are getting you and treat the insomnia as well. Good luck.
