A member asked:

Electrocardiographic diagnosis is: rbbb incomplete, lateral wall ischemia. what does it mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much.: If you are a 19 y/o female without signs or symptoms of heart disease and you can exercise then i would suggest that their is a small delay in the electrical signal traveeling through the right bundle branch of your heart's electrical system. The part about lateral ischemia is probably artifact due to lead placement coupled with a normal age related variant. Nothing to worry about.
