No: Incomplete RBBB can be a normal variant in 15% of the adult population and as such is a benign finding on ECG, not echocardiogram. It basically means that the message from atria to ventricle traverses just a few msec slower down the right branch of the atrio-ventricular conduction system, than the left fork. Nothing to worry about.
