Mutual support helps: You may benefit from sharing your experience at a meeting of overeaters anonymous, where you are likely to hear the experience of others who have returned to functional eating and regained sexual health.

Anorexia & Menses: It can take several months after you achieve a healthy weight for you to return to a regular menstrual cycle. However, you should always consult with your physician to make sure your weight and labs are in the healthy range. Normally, menstruation returns when all other bodily needs are being met on a regular basis. Congratulations on your recovery, by the way!
