Get going: You will need to stay healthy and active throughout your pregnancy, and hip pain is not easy to self manage. Have your physician refer you to a musculoskeletal doctor for care of your pelvis and back. This problem is treatable. You may have to change your foot ware and your exercise routines sooner than later. Do not take over the counter medications at this stage of your pregnancy.
