Does a baby move less closer to the due date?

No: You should still feel your baby move as you get closer to your due date. The intensity of the movement may be reduced due to decreased space; however, you should still feel the baby move. If you dont feel the baby move, lie in a quiet room and see if you can feel the baby move.. If you still dont feel the baby move, contact your obgyn provider.

Should not change: This always confuses patients. The baby may be more restricted towards the end so you may not feel those brisk kicks and stabs but you should be "aware" of your baby the same amount. Little wiggles and rolls, slight shifting of position by baby..These all count as baby movement.
