Not a good idea: Any metal not solidly anchored in bone is typically viewed as highly suspicious when thinking about getting an mri. The real issue is whether or not these particular alloys will be affected by the magnetic field. If these piercings are non-ferromagnetic (not affected by the magnetic field) is is possible to have an MRI safely but in reality, it is likely best to remove them prior to the test.

Maybe yes: Unless you can prove that the "surgical steel" is not ferro-magnetic or para-magnetic you will probably be refused the scan. The risks range from having artifacts from the piercings make the images unusable to having heating of the implants to having the magnet torque or twist them. This could be painful or dangerous.
