Lots of reasons: Most often this may be due to arthritis. Best to have your doctor take a look. Easy remedies include anti-inflammatory diet, high in vegs/ fruits, low in processed foods (sugar, flour, etc). Turmeric (curry), ginger, rosemary, onions, apple skins all can help. Pt and osteopathic care may help as well as same (800 - 1600 mg/ day) w/ b-complex. Don't use if bipolar. Give it 2 -3 months to help.
