Exercise: The proverbial "six pack" abdomen is a result of building the rectus abdominus muscles. Like any other muscles, the only way to get bigger muscles is to exercise them. Best to do sit-ups, supine (laying on your back) leg raises, eat healthy, and burn more fat through cardiovascular exercise.
