Why are my eyes always red in the morning if i go to sleep early? i have no allergies and it's not conjunctivitis?

Allergies: You could be allergic to something in your room or bedding. This also could be dry eyes that worsen at night since there is little tear release while you sleep. Try an over the counter tear gel before going to bed and see if this helps.
