Nausea,vomiting,diar: Side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Dizziness and low blood pressure deep vein thrombosis pulmonary embolism cerebral thrombosis acute renal cortical necrosis central retinal artery and vein obstruction acute allergic reaction headache stuffy nose many more listed but not all patients feel all the side effects and most can tolerate the drug, sometimes the dose needs to be lowered.
