Ive got mennoraghia and so ive been taking tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid during my period, so recently i took 2 of each pill during the day and have suddenly started feeling drowsy and as if my legs are to buckle and im going to pass out

You need 2 b seen: Meanwhile, rest, drink more fluids if you can, dizziness, nausea, fatigue and others may be side effects of either drug you are on, you can hold the next dose, call or see your doctor, best wishes
