Too few calories: Eating less and working out more is a common misconception to losing weight.Often times dec. Your caloric intake to low and participating in excessive exercise can result in your body getting to few calories to effectively lose weight. You're basically starving your body which reduces your metabolism and puts your body into a conservation mode. Moderate exercise and a modest dec in calories better.
