Need further eval: There are 2 types fo joint pains - (1) those related to overuse such as osteoarthritis/carpal tunnel, and (2) inflammatory. First kind occurs later in the day after use of the joint. Second kind can be symmetric, involve multiple joint that you may not use. In order to distinguish you will need full clinical exam as well as xrays and possibly blood tests such as cbc, esr, rf, ana, uric acid, etc.
