Find REAL cause: Heavy lifting alone should not cause lasting muscle pain, and especially should not cause joints pain. Always look for all possible causes of the pain, especially joints (i.e., more than just a single joint) pain. Always consider possible lyme disease (you must not miss it) see your family physician first.
