Support Group: Talk with your therapist about joining a support group for people with eating disorders. In a support group you won't feel so unique and you will find other people that understand you. You will be able to hear from people who are farther along in recovery who can provide you with hope. Take care.

Treatment/meaning: At least two ways: 1) good treatment with a group that specializes in eating disorders. Medication, individual counseling and group therapy can all help. 2) finding meaning in your life. This can come from work, volunteering, religion/spirituality, or relationships with family/friends. It takes hard work. There is hope and help.
