Eat.................: Eat plenty of protein. Avoid bad fats, particularly trans-fats and saturated fats. Monosaturated fats are actually healthy. Cut all unnecessary sugars and starches.Eat vegetables, high fiber, and water. The protein and fats should kick in. Particularly if you engage in resitance exercise and turn your weight gain into muscle. This keeps you lean.
