Visit a dentist: Your choice of pain relievers will be very limited, but you have to have dental treatment. Your pregnancy will prevent using laughing gas, but all local numbing agents are safe for pregnant women.

See a dentist: See a dentist b/c you should not ignore the tooth abscess and the associated tooth pain, especially if you're pregnant. Depending on the cause of the abscess, your dentist will recommend the appropriate treatment.

See an endodontist: You need to have the tooth evaluated properly and treated accordingly. See an endodontists and they will be able to address the situation and give you the appropriate treatment choices.
