Sore gums inbetween only two teeth but it's not a huge abcess what could it be, also i'm 37 weeks pregnant would it kill my baby if it was a abcess?

Inflammation: If it is not an abscess, as you say, then it is inflammation. Why? Don't know... Food trap, calculus, damage while brushing or flossing? Can't tell over the internet. You should still get it looked at, since you may have misdiagnosed yourself regarding the presence of an infection.
