What should i expect from a colonoscopy? i'm very nervous.

Don't be: A colonoscopy is usually done with mild sedation so you won't feel anything or remember anything. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Yo will need transportation home and the rest of the day off work. Following day back to the normal grind. Day before the procedure is prep day to get your colon clean so that a thorough exam can be performed.
