Not if recovered: Breast growth occurs in response to your hormone levels (estrogen, Progesterone in pregnancy). If you have recovered to a degree that your caloric intake is adequate, your hormonal levels should return to normal, and nascent bresast tissue will develop (it can be like going through puberty 20 yeasr too late). If despite good diet, you arent seeing any growth, check hormone levels.
