I have traction alopecia, when is it too late to reverse it?

Traction alopecia: Tractional alopecia is an inflammatory hair loss that ultimately results in scarring of follicles after repeated damage. Whether it is reversible or not depends on how many hair follicles have already completed the scarring process. It is certainly worth a try to save as many follicles as possible by absolutely stopping any traction and by treating the inflammation. Please see your dermatologist.

See below: This problem mandates a real-time (face-to-face) meeting with a doctor. A history has to be taken along with a examination as well as labs and other tests. Only after all this will your doctor be in a position to tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done to help you.
