See an allergist: An allergist is uniquely trained to diagnose your allergies correctly and develop a treatment plan. Typically the treatment plan is 1) avoiding the allergen [as much as possible]; 2) medications; 3. Allergy injections if the trigger is dust, pollen, dander, mold etc. For severe allergies, over-the counter products may not be enough to give a person the control they want and need.
