Much available: Antihistamines are available without a prescription in the us. When an antihistamine is combined with a decongestant [claritin-d for example] nasal congestion can be relieved. Breathe right nasal strips can help decrease nasal congestion and are a non-medicine way of mild relief. For very severe nasal congestion, a few days of oxymetazoline (afrin) nasal spray can help, but don't use too long!
