Yes: Start with an otc antihistamine of your choice (claritin, etc) with a decongestant (if no hi blood pressure) and follow up with your dr. If no better after a few days. If needed, your dr. Can rx nasal steroids, or maybe even a steroid shot. Consider short-term use of afrin nasal spray as well (no more than 2 days in a row) for immediate relief. Nasal saline ad lib.
