Unlikely: Spider's venom contains many proteins that can damage the skin and affect the neurological system. Most reactions are toxic reactions rather than allergic reactions. With that said, the potential for an allergic reaction can be passed down from parents to child, but frequently it is not to the exact same allergen as the parent.
