Probably not: Venoms contain proteins that could cause allergic reactions, but they also cause skin damage. I would hesitate to place a skin test of spider venom on a patient. I'm also not aware of a commercial skin test to spider venom. Potentially a research lab could perform a blood test to look for ige (allergic antibody) to spider venom.
