Probably OK: Allegra (fexofenadine) is in the class of drugs known and antihistamines. People with an specific anatomical shape in their eye may be at risk for angle closure glaucoma. Antihistamines have been known to incite an angle closure glaucoma attack in some people with this risk. Open angle glaucoma patients do not need to worry. Your ophthalmologist should be able to tell you if you are at risk.
