Beer goggles on: Zyrtec does cross the blood brain barrier (Allegra doesn't) so it can cause CNS involvement >24 h. reducred reaction times multiplied by etoh so do not drive. Drinking is not absolutely contraindicated, but maybe not prudent. Might fall off your stool (wifey did on benedryl); go w/ girlfriends or bro to watch your back. Go slower. Nix (permethrin) the shots.
