Dermatitis: Possible friction from sex can cause an irritation/inflammation of his skin, or he could be allergic to any lubricating gels or perfumes you may use. He may have an underlying minor tinea cruris (jock itch) that is getting aggrevated during/after sex. If persists, have him see a dr. To properly diagnose the area. Good luck.
