Could you get abnormal ekg at clinic then one hour later normal ekg at er. how reliable ekg, blood work, and xray to detect mild chest pain causes.?

Yes: Different machines, diffrent interpreters , different conditions with transient changes can all affect the outcome. Lead placement can also be an issue. If leads are backwards etc. Computers often interpret ECG for primarydrs. They are programmed to overcall tracings to avoid missing real problems.
