Planes of view: Saggital, coronal, axial(transverse).To simply state it saggital is a plane or longitudinal slice that would divide the body into left and right parts.Coronal is a longitudinal slice that would divide the body into ant. (front) and posterior(back) parts.Axial is a horizontal slice that would divide the body into superior(upper) and inferior(lower) parts.Fractures are best seen with views perpendicu.
