Ana test results a equivocal tietre:80 speckled, high iron and iron saturation, thyroidperoxades 600 but normal tsh, t4 and t3 (liothyronine)? any ideas i am at a loss

Complicated.: Sounds like you are being evaluated for something. Oftentimes the best "test" for disease is asking the right questions and putting together a good picture so the right labs can be ordered. ANA seems normal. High iron and sat are related to hemochromatosis but specific levels were not mentioned and you seem young for that. Tpo may signify risk for thyroid disease but you do not have it now.

ANA is a screen: ANA is a screening test. A positive result only indicates more testing might be needed. The speckled portion of the result is not very helpful on its own.
