Dx with multinodular goiter. But T4,free t4,total t3, (liothyronine)tsh, & Tpo ab normal. Tg ab test is high @ 2.3 Iu/ml. range 0-0.9. Would this cause hypo symptoms?
Good day, i was dx.With colloid goiter, may i know what is the best treatment for this?Do i need to have TSH T3 (liothyronine) T4 test before treatment?
Tsh low but normal T3 (liothyronine) n T4 my endo still suggest ultrasound and iodine 123 is that necessary ?
