Perhaps: The surgery was to put your foot in a better position for standing and walking. However, it does not make your foot and ankle normal. There is usually some stiffness, and perhaps some deformity. So you may be prone to "sprains." if you are experiencing frequent foot and ankle pain, see a foot and ankle specialist.

Due to clubfoot: Surgery is a treatment of last resort for a clubfoot deformity that is not responding to stretching and casting. The residual of clubfoot surgery often is a small foot, thinner/weak calf muscle and possible stiff foot and/or ankle. Having done medical missions in 3rd world countries i've seen people who never had treatment. They are suffering with more than just a "weak" ankle, they can bearlywalk.
