Probably none: All of the benzodiazepines (valium/xanax/etc) r either pregnancy category d or strongly advised against during pregnancy. An older drug used for anxiety—vistaril/hydroxyzine—is category c, as is inderal/propranolol, which is widely used by performers for anxiety/stage fright. Discuss these options with your ob. Biofeedback & meditation, yoga, tai chi can help fight anxiety.
