Not likely: Saliva is a buffer solution which means it make acidic things less acidic and basic things less basic. Ulcers are usually issues with higher acidity and damage. Saliva would not be the cause.

No: Saliva does not cause the ulcers. However somtimes ulcers may cause increased saliva.
