The random rash can: Be difficult. How long has this occurred? Your description makes it sound like a new problem, full body. Any new medications? If not that u may be coming into contact with something "contact dermatitis". There is a condition called idiopathic urticaria where people break out due to stress. Try behadryl at night and Claritin (loratadine) with a med called tagamet ( also blocks histamine) during the day.
