I had a stroke about 10 months ago the doctors don't know what caused the stroke and i have trouble sleeping is there anything i can do or take tohelp?

See below: Stroke in young is of concern. You might benefit form seeing a stroke or vascular neurologist locally or at the university setting. Sleep problem might be addressed at the same time, during the evaluation of the cause of the stroke.
