See below: Suppository is designed to slide into anus (pointy end first). Have a high oil content so slide easily. Designed to dissolve to deliver medication (prep h-decreases swelling of hemorrhoids). Yes, leave it in-it dissolves. Shouldn't hurt but if youre tense, it can feel tight. Try some deep breaths & inserting it as you exhale. Can wear a glove or wash hands after. Ick factor is the worst part.
