Thought it was 4 u: I thought you had posted these numbers for yourself, but its for your toddler. Same answer though - possible iron deficiency, which is mild since the number of red cells is normal, and possibly a viral infection. A blood specialist can tell a lot by looking at the slide, but all the above could be due to any viral infection. Your pediatrician or their nurse can give you more information - ask them.
